  • Clicking on the "Checkout" button will open a COURSE INFO page in a new window, and leave this OFFSITE REGISTRATION page window open for reference. (Note that Texas Engineering Executive Education (TxEEE) is providing administration for the conference, and course and conferences alike are referred to as "courses" by TxEEE.)
  • If you accidentally add an extra item the OFFSITE REGISTRATION page, you can remove it on the COURSE INFO page. If you accidentally remove an item from the COURSE INFO page, you can close that page, go back to the OFFSITE REGISTRATION page, refresh it, add back the item, and click the "Checkout" button again. (If refreshing the OFFSITE REGISTRATION page does not show the updated information, wait a few moments and try again; it should work eventually.)
  • On the COURSE INFO page:
    • Ignore the “Additional Information” area.
    • Please register online by going to the lower half of the "Instructions" area on the COURSE INFO page to the included "To Continue to Register Online" area, and click the appropriate "Continue button." If for some reason you are unable to register online, then you may register by fax using the "Go to Form" button in the upper half of the "Instructions" area.
  • On the CUSTOMER INFO page, for International attendees:
    • In the "Address" area, choosing any country option other than "U.S.A." will remove the default required "State" and "Zip" text boxes and replace them with an optional "Postal Code" text box. (Again, this may take a moment.)
    • In the "Phone numbers" area, please leave the "Primary Phone" text boxes empty, and enter your phone number in the "Other Phone" text box. Please lead with the "+" symbol followed immediately by the country code and then after a space by the phone number.
  • On the PAYMENT page:
    • You will find multiple ways to pay in the "Payment Method" area.
    • For those paying by credit card, Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover are accepted.
    • To pay by check, money order, or wire transfer, click the "Check or Money Order" circle. You will be contacted by email regarding which method you wish to use and provided further instructions accordingly, typically with two USA business days. (Remember that there is a $35 dollar charge for wire transfers.)
    • Ignore the "Charge to UT account (IDT)" option in the "Payment Method" area, and the associated "Other Payment Info" area below.
