Over 1,000 participants have benefited from The Center's conferences in the last five years.

Texas Engineering Executive Education offers complete planning and hosting services for conferences on engineering topics in the Austin area. Our services are offered to in-house and outside clients. We also offer assistance with transportation, parking, dining, off-site events and conference program coordination. With the success of your conference in mind, Conference Services will coordinate with you to determine the appropriate university facilities, venues, hotel accommodations, meal plans, catering and other services for your group.

Conference Services

We handle the logistics so you can focus on the event!

  • Coordinate event logistics (registration, materials, communications to attendees, presenter needs, and more)
  • Manage the relationships and contracts with vendors to keep your conference on time and within budget
  • Design marketing materials, programs, advertising, and can even assist with launching your own website
  • Provide on-site support throughout your entire conference
  • Issue completion certificates or Continuing Education Units (CEUs)
  • Arrange regular status meetings to update you on our progress and give you concrete feedback on the success of the event
