James Warner is a licensed contractor and professional engineer with more than 50 years international experience developing solutions to foundation and structural problems of major facilities. Special expertise in pressure grouting, gunite/shotcrete, concrete repair, and structural settlement correction. James operated as a Contractor in these specialties from 1952 to 1979, and has served as an individual consultant since. James is credited with original development of low mobility grouting, including compaction grouting and grout jacking technology. He is author of more than 60 technical publications, including the Practical Handbook of Grouting, Soil, Rock, and Structures (John Wiley & Sons, 2004, 720 pages). James provides legal support and is an experienced expert witness with extensive trial testimony.
